What You’ll Do:
  • Generate new business via cold-call prospecting, reaching out to leads and referrals.
  • Operate Hubspot and manage deals and the pipeline accordingly
  • Have a thorough understanding of Great Lakes Advisory’s solutions
  • Meet with prospective clients over Zoom and the phone
  • Gather key information to keep the CRM up to date and create nurture and sales sequences for prospects.
  • Take prospects through a 3 step, consultative sales process, manage the handoff to customer solutions, and stay in touch with clients for referrals and updates.
  • Work in a 100% remote environment
  • Help our CEO with business development.
  • Meet regularly with the CEO for professional development to ensure you’re on track with your goals
  • Take full ownership of your pipeline and work actively to keep progress moving forward

You Bring (Experience & Qualifications):
  • 2-6 Years in B2B Sales Experience
  • Track Record of Closing B2B Deals
  • Extremely Tech Savvy – Quick to Pick Up New Tech Applications and Tools to Leverage Its Capabilities and Increase Their Productivity
  • Experienced with LinkedIn & Social Selling
  • Sales Enablement Tools (I.E., Apollo, Zoom Info, Seamless, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Strong Prospecting Skills
  • Familiarity with GAP Selling, SPIN & BANT Qualification Framework
  • Proficient in Outbound Pipeline Generation Processes
  • Enthusiastic, Charismatic, and Vibrant Personality
  • Excellent Verbal, Written, and Communication skills
  • Outstanding Interpersonal, Organization, and Follow-Up Skills
  • Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures, Processes, Systems, Training, and Business Operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Communication
You’ll Work With: While some tasks in this position are performed at the Sales Team level, such as developing goals and marketing strategies, much of the work is done independently, and the ability to work at a sufficient pace is essential. You will work closely with our CEO.
